Suggested Preparations: Raw (sashimi, sushi, poke), Seared, Grilled, Broiled, Sautéed, Dried
A preferred species for sashimi. Also excellent for grilling and in seared or “blackened” fish preparations. Its mild flavor and firm texture adapt well to numerous. Yellowfin tuna are being fished sustainably.
